I just started my day. I got up two hours ago, answered some emails, I am now on WoF. Will do some prep work for my zoom interview on Sunday, have tea with GF, dinner with hubby and TV watching after that.
I also have to drop by our investment banker's office at JP Morgan. My hubby just moved another portfolio to JP Morgan and they are very thankful. They have been trying to deliver a gift to the house but no one is there to receive and they did not want to leave it in the front door so I will pick it up.
Yesterday I was outside doing the lawn and the path. Today Im doing a bit of laundry and making a couple of slip covers.
Im supposed to be going out this evening but it depends on the weather last night we had thick fog less than 30mtr visibility Im not driving out in the countryside in that..
I am hoping to finish the dog flap in the back door. It took me ages to mark it out, as I don't intend to get it wrong.
Now the scary part, using the electric jigsaw...
My tip would be make sure you have a proper plastic cutting blade and to make sure that it stays cool ..that UPVC is deadly when it gets warm it spits...

We did it.
It was a really difficult job. Had the door been flat it would have been a doddle, but it had extrusions on both sides, and the tunnel was 2 cm deeper than the door, so we had to make a gasket, and it had to look good.
We are please with it, and Boo is getting the hang of it.

So far he will come in through the hatch unbidden, but he still barks to go out the french doors, at which point we escort him through to the back door, and either point to, or push him through.

slept, had two cups of coffee, ate pizza, watched football, played stardew valley and slept some more. did a few dishes, slept and am now eating the last of my pizza. lol!
Family isn't always blood. It's the people in your life who want you in theirs. The ones who accept you for who you are. The ones who would do anything to see you smile, and who love you no matter what.
A fairly normal Sunday with me although I did spend a bit over an hour on my flight simulator rather than watch TV early in the afternoon. I did get to watch two "Poirot" episodes too although I think I fell asleep from time to time while watching "Death on the Nile" just before I went to bed.
Ive made bread, done the laundry and squeezed 3 kilos of lemons for ice blocks. I also paid some bills and gave myself a heart attack looking at shipping prices for a gift online the post from the UK is nearly as much as the gift,,, got to think of something else.

I had laundry to sort that I'd neglected since Friday, and new loads of laundry to do today. There was a disagreement with the washer when it repeatedly wanted to add a full tub of water to soak/rinse a load over and over, but I unplugged it and that seemed to reset it so I could finally spin the poor towels that had been in there overlong! Tell me again why we need computer chips in everything?
I also did budget tracking for the past week, and set up November's budget.
And I tuned in for provincial news this morning, but we still don't have final results in voting from our Oct 19th election day. Waiting somewhat patiently over here?
I had a busy day yesterday what with art group and all. It was a good meeting though, much brightned up by the lovely home made Victoria sponge which one member brought in to share. That was soon demolished
