I go for a shower every day. I LOVE having showers. Not just in summer, but every day of the year. I hope to continue doing so for many more years to come. Because for me, showers are refreshing and wake me up in the morning. I love bubbles and shower gel and all that jazz. In fact, beauty products are very important to me. I use a banana hair food product to condition my hair. I love Imperial Leather shower gels and Imperial Leather soap, too.
What are YOUR preferences? Do you love a long, bubbly soak in the bath? Or are you a shower girl? What products do you love?
showers are easier, and, in my opinion, they get you cleaner too- another advantage of them is that they are quick, and they don't require too much time. if you need to get somewhere or do something, get a quick shower... it's fine. a disadvantage to them is that you stand up in them a lot, but I suppose they are refreshing, so it makes up for it..
A book in the bath ? absolutely not..sacrilege ..bad for the bindings, bad for the covers, bad for the paper you'll end up with foxing all over it what if it's a collectors item??...😉😉
I would love to be able to take a bath occasionally, however I don't have a bathtub. Nobody that I am close enough with has a bathtub, which sucks. I hate taking showers with a passion. I must be saving a ton of water, because my showers last 5 - 10 minutes.
I just shower. I have taken baths in the past, but not for bathing... for relaxing (with Epsom salt) lol I rinse off afterward because I don't feel clean from baths.

I can honestly say I havent had a bath in 30 years.
I dont like all that wallowing around in your own dirt and dead skin... Yuk. I good shower is the nicest,
Although if I had the money I think I would invest in a hot tub in the back garden.. Not for bathing but for easing achy muscles while looking at the night sky... wonderful.

We have one of the inflatable hot tubs, they are almost as good as the hard bodied ones, and cost about £175.
I prefer showers but I am glad we have not got one. When there is one I tend to shower several times a day so the water bill would be enormous. I spend ages in the shower.

I also have a dog who thinks any body of water larger than a saucer is for him to swim in,,, would it cope with dog claws?

Yes, I stand in the showers until the water runs out of heat lol
