my name is emily and I just joined this forum thanks to a friend who suggested it to me (rebecca)

what to say?

bit of an intrivert, but love people who I am close to and make sure they come first and that they are okay

I love all types of music, (my favorite artist is michael jackson), most types of tv show (but comedy for the win), jokes, trivia, shopping, chocolate, and just being me- after all their's only 1 you, right?. I don't like being told how I should live my life or what I should do... I totally believe in that you should live for yourself!.
on a bit of a personal level, I don't have family and that is a little hard sometimes- I have noticed that their's a health forum here, so I may talk about what happened in their at some point. I also suffer with incontinence, which does play a big part in how I live life sometimes (especially if I'm on a trip or need to plan ahead for what ever reason)
I hope I will enjoy it here

Everyone here seems so honest and genuine, I feel like there's no pressure to pretend to be someone you're not or that you don't have any problems. Yours is at the bottom!? It's supposed to be fixed to the right. What browser are you using?

I don't think there's a way for individuals to disable it if it's enabled on the site, but I'll look into it to see if I can figure out a way to disable it for just you. Otherwise, you probably will get used to just ignoring it over time lol the site is just new to you, so I think things stick out more.

It might require you having to use a different forum theme (it will look the same), so I'll let you know if I can get anything working lol I like testing things out.

Okay, go to your profile and look for settings, themes. I created one called Purple Theme - No Shoutbox.

It should just be for the forum settings through your profile on here.

This should be how you access it: womenonlyforum.com/user/174/settings

A global account setting might be for all proboards forums. That's who hosts the forum.
