Once upon a time there were two films and you got a break in the middle for ice creams and things. The films were obviously much shorter then. Among the last I saw were some of the Harry Potter movies. Lord of the Rings too. I never looked at the times but they seemed very long. Somehow the magic seems to have disappeared a bit though with the tiny screening rooms now with no usherette. It's almost as if the cinema and modern living room with big TV are converging.

Not good. I forgot there were two football games on yesterday and John wanted to each the,. Since he also wants to watch the movie I decided to put it off until we both can watch it which will probably be Monday night.

At times

I do wonder though as I find many of the recent productions are pretty poor, in comparison.I would say I am maybe getting old but maybe not? Of course, old things appear, and are, dated. They still raise emotions and visions though.

Yeah, that is what it looked like they may have been making fun of when I watched the trailer.. plus climate change! All denialism feels similar when it's not based in reality lol

I added it to my list, so I'll get around to it one day.

I think the Bond films are ok, and easy watching but I wouldn't say I have a favourite, though I do avoid the Roger Moore ones.
