Always sad to see actors pass away who gave us such good memories.

I was watching the NETFLIX offering "Carol". Typically I gut it out once I start something. But I had to turn it off. I like Kate Blanchett and the actress (the "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"). But even so, I switched off.

Oh it did have one of the best shag dance songs I have heard in quite some time. Sound tracks though can only carry a movie so far.

WE watched all of season 1 Orphan Black, but it was tailing off, so season 2? Meh!

Enola Holmes is a cute movie.

This past week I watched two movies, "1917" and "Ad Astra". Both are God awful.

Nope.. cant stand too much of the royals in real life.( News etc).Im not wasting life watching them in for fun.

When my husband and his sister's were children they had a budgie. one day the electric metre ran out and trying to search for change his father opened the front door not realising the budgie was loose and it flew away. the children were distraught and went looking for the bird in nearby Richmond Park.
they met a nice lady there who asked why they were so upset when they told her she said she would look for the budgie too and asked where they lived so that she could return it to them if she found it..
a few days later a large car pulled up in the street the kind lady and her chauffeur hand delivered a new budgie to my husband's house. My mother-in-law nearly dropped dead from shock as she realised the 'kind lady' was none other than Princess Margaret!

We are watching The OA. It's different. Has some parts I find kind of weird. We are on season 2, which is also the final season I think.

We also started American Vandal. The first episode was kind of funny because it reminds you of mystery shows, but the topic is just so silly. We only made it through the first 2 episodes, and we're not as into jumping back into more so far, but we will probably make our way through it eventually.

Law & Order: SVU has returned, so we have been watching that. It's so funny now with the masks lol everywhere they go, people just remove their masks to speak to them because that is what you'd do I know it's just so the actor's face will be on the screen, but it gets me every time.

I watched this too I think there's room for a third series.
It certainly left lots of questions.

Thats why I liked the end of travellers, it bought the story full circle.. I wish it had gone on but at least the last episode gave an ending... Leaving people hanging isn't fair.

I thought you usaers would all be watching THe Crown. We are told that you all love our royal family.

It seems not. lol

My sister who lives in oz, was at the airport when some royals arrived. There was a small crowd of flag wearers. She said the cameras were all focused round them, and when she saw the footage on telly, it looked like 10x the number.
