TV and Film

Heather I really like it but I did like Stranger Things better.

I am watching Vampire Diaries.. I remember it being so popular when it came out, but I never watched it.

It's on my list of things I can watch without my SO ;p Most of the shows I want to watch are things he also wants to watch, so if I have free time to watch anything else without him, then I watch shows that are not as favorable.

Even still.. it's not terrible. I am only a handful of episodes in, though.

I watched it when it came out and rather liked it. I really don't know why i stopped.

That is on our list... we'll get around to it eventually, but I hope it won't be that disappointing.

Has anyone watched Joe Exotic?

I have just started watching the Irishman. It's ok, better if you like gangster films.

The Irishman brought back an old memory of elderly care.

I was not long qualified, and had just finished treating an old boy. The receptionist, a local, asked me what he was like.

I replied, well as you know he has had a severe stroke, lost his speech, and can barely move his right arm and leg. So I don't really know him.

I didn't tell her that he always had a black look on his face.

"Why do you ask>"

She then told me he had been a local hard-man, and probably a gang member, possibly involved in drugs and extortion.

Age is a great equaliser, that has no interest in wealth, or reputation.

After Life is good. It's about a youngish guy who loses his wife and can't get over it. Believe it or not, it's a comedy and really funny. It's on Netflix.
