LOL! You just gotta love people sometimes. I think any customer service based jobs are the hardest to deal with. It is not easy to listen to people get all worked up over crap and have to stand there and smile like a damned fool.

I remember a guy coming into the shop I worked at ranting about how his favourite salami was no longer sold and how he missed it and how we deliberatly took away the only thing he enjoyed and then had the gall to say we never sold it..Big drama queen act.. I like the druggies that are tweaking and they come in looking for drugs or eat the cappuccino powder straight from the machine with their hands. One waltzed in one day with a big ass grin and announced he was here. One of our freakazoid coworkers called security right away and meanwhile the guy goes out and he's playing classical music on the piano. In the midst of a tweak. LOL
