What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

The rest of the pork loin today. Tomorrow I make chicken.. but might bread it. It's thinly sliced chicken breasts.

We finished up some chicken parm last night... I did it kind of lazy, and have thus dubbed it my lazy chicken parm lol Instead of breading the chicken, I sprinkled some breadcrumbs into the sauce... then sprinkled more breadcrumbs on top before popping it into the oven.. then sprinkled cheese on top at the end. It has the taste of it, but the texture is just different... We had some chickpea pasta with it for extra protein on our workout day.

I lost my appetite tonight.

I'm making pistachio encrusted salmon tonight.. I have this dill mustard sauce I bought that sounded good, so I will mix the two together. I am also going to try out coconut milk mashed potatoes to go with it. I've had coconut rice before, which is good, so I hope this will also be good lol

I hate this question lol. I think it taste like alligator, Some people compare it to chicken but if I was going to compare it to anything I would to turtle. I know, what does that taste like?

Annie you're right, it does.

It' amazing how most people say they don't like it without even trying it. Come to think of it. I am guity of doing the same thing with other foods.
