The lamb burgers were made last night. They were really good! My SO before eating them said he didn't like lamb, so I guess he wasn't looking forward to it.. but then he took a bite and looked at me like, "THIS IS GOOD." lol

I spent years having Honey Nut Cornflakes for breakfast but I never have them at all now.

It's an unusual weekend as we visited our son yesterday so I did the weekly shop this morning rather than then. This has mixed things up. Liking herbs and spices as I do I thought I have not had mustard for some time so I bought some (English [hot] mustard powder) and also came across some reduced ham so, with a few green leaves, some nice sandwiches for lunch.

I made some fancy toast... I smeared some cream cheese and then some pineapple bourbon jam... sprinkled on some bacon and toasted it up. Then I made some eggs with garlic, pepper, and a touch of cayenne to put on top. Yummm
