I went to an Indian restaurant last night: my family were celebrating my sister's birthday. It was an enjoyable night: there was a lot of talking and drinking and just having fun.

Yesterday I also went out for lunch with my sister: I had a winter vegetable soup and rather nice it was.

For lunch today I had a cheese sandwich and cup of tea. For dinner I am having roast beef and Yorkshire puddings.

We also had coconut jelly, longan and lychee in syrup and jujubee. I will have the leftovers for dinner.

I didn't have a fryup in the end and used the oven but, except for the roast pototo chips, it was a combination of processed ingredients instead of my usual fresh produce. It's not often I do such but it makes a change.

Today it's sardines.
