What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

It's another Friday so that means pizza night at my house.

I don't buy cereal often because it seems to be used too fast for the amount it costs... But I thought a couple treats this weekend wouldn't be amiss as it's a bonus weekend with the kiddos home. (So, soften the blow a little of not having as much time with their dad and their video games; but it could also be looked at as celebrating an extra weekend spent with me! LOL)

So, breakfast was peanut butter and chocolate corn puffs (Nature's Path Leapin' Lemurs, hee hee) and/or coconut and cashew granola. (I love that granola, and used to eat it regularly.) Yummy, kinda like dessert for breakfast! After this weekend, the remainder will probably go in a pantry container of dessert options, actually! I bet either choice would be great with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips...

Can I shamelessly plug my online friend Nikki. She does some excellent vids on Youtube on food preparation and testing various cookers.

We should have met by now, as she doesn't live all that far away, but she has her own problems, and her loneliness does not seem to be able to conquer her fear of meeting people. We have been online friends off and on for some years now.

Not sure. I am trying to run down the freezer, maybe fish, but I do fancy my mussels....

I never had cat fish. Is it particularly different? 

Cherry, to me it isn't that different than any other fresh water fish and I do like it. Some people say it has an unusual flavor. I really have no idea what they really mean but I think it has to do with being a bottom feeder snd a lot of people are put off by that.
