What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Another "Karenism" for sure.   

Actually I don't have them that often but I should have worded it differently. 

Spicy king prawn pizza. Too spicy. I am still drinking 2 hours later.

I've been drinking a lot of fizzy orange with ice cubes: seriously refreshing.

I had cheese and onion sandwiches for lunch yesterday but back to the chip shop today.

Fasting

We made our own chicken Caesar wraps for dinner tonight, since I tend to buy those pre-made from the closest grocery store. Good idea to do our own, with whole grain wraps instead of the white-wheat tortillas the store uses. In fact, I've stopped eating the wrap itself and just dump the filling into a bowl! They do add some raw veggies to the package and those are yum as well...

I've been making overnight oats and it's working out well for quick and easy summer breakfast (just for me so far - no one else is interested, lol). Must remember to set out a container for that so I get it in the fridge before bedtime tonight.

I have just had some home made fruit cake with my coffee.

Burger, fries, and a milkshake at Wayback Burgers (which I didn't know until tonight is a franchise from the US). I didn't enjoy the burger as much as the first time I went, but the fries and milkshake were delicious.

Still thinking of popping in for poutine one of these days!

I have a lamb chop tonight. It will be rare.

Just a small bowl of Cheerios for breakfast this morning.

My favorite veggie omelette this morning.

It's probably sardines today.

Bacon and eggs to start my day odd.

My mackeral for today is currently defrosting.
