What's for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

today is beef Rouladen, a thin slice of beef lined with bacon and covered in a mix of chopped onion and gerkin (dill pickle) then rolled and secured with a pin cooked slowly in red wine until tender.

Is there an occasion?

Never heard of it. That sounds good!

It's just that I have time on Sundays I speak to my mum in the morning from 11 till about 12:30 but the rest of the day I usually make bread or biscuits and I can spend time in the kitchen ..I don't shop I don't go out on Sundays so that's why.

I ate to much over the weekend so I am looking at a couple of days of salads.

That sounds really good Cherry. How did it come out?

I'm cooking up Ramen without that seasoning packet and adding stir fry veggies and chicken and stir fry sauce for dinner.

Having chicken with a 'maple harvest' seasoning. Whatever that means. I added some extra maple syrup to it. Having broccoli and brown rice/quinoa as aside... and drinking grape juice lol

I'm have toast and one egg this morning. A little more than the last couple of days.

Tonight I am having mac and cheese. It's been awhile since I have had that.

it's typical Dutch day today smoked sausage, potatoes and curly kale with little bits of bacon mixed through the cabbage to make it just that bit more special.

I defrosted some ground turkey.. so I have to figure out something to do with it. I feel indecisive, but I was thinking of doing another chili dish with ground turkey.

I had fish too. Baked haddock.
