What a weird story! She doesn't look bad, either. If I saw her in public I wouldn't think twice. She obviously has some self-esteem issues.

lol wow, I really don't get that story. She asked for black eyebrows, and they gave her black eyebrows. "I DIDN'T KNOW BLACK WOULD BE BLACK"... I mean, come on lol if she wanted a lighter shade of black, then she should have specified that, but then it would start looking more gray... Perhaps dark brown would have been better anyway...
