I did my winter car service today.

Checked, or topped, all the fluids.
Petroleum jelly on the battery contacts, hinges, locks, and all door rubbers.
Silicone spray on all the window runners.
Cleaned the wipers. It's amazing how dirty they get.

Caution, I am feral.

Thank you for the reminder. I need to do similar. I take the oportunity to do the house door locks and hinges at the same time.

I like them too. I notice that the Christmas music on TV here seems more Christmasy and less gimmicky this year. Perhaps it's an illusion but a nice one if it is.

My yellow rose is looking a bit jaded now but it has lasted quite a few days, in it's vase. It still brightens my day though.
