What's the weather like with you today?

We didn't have the fog but it was dull when I went out. I noticed the difference between cars that do have driving lights and those that don't. Both can be seen by someone who is looking properly but the ones without merge more into the background. Interestingly a cyclist I saw who had lights was not particularly obvious. He didn't have strongly flashing lights though but he was well prepared with the lights and bright jacket, and riding sensibly.
