We drove through some heavy rain on the way to my bloodwork visit, but it didn't seem to come to the house as much.. still light showers over us.

Cloudy with more chances of rain. I saw the sun in the backyard, but it's not in the front yard lol

The good thing about all this rain and clouds is that those dang Japanese beetles usually only want to come out when it's sunny.

I think I have made a dent. I also think they are starting to die off naturally now... they only live around 48 days on average, so it's becoming a little less over time. I only spot maybe 1 on the cloudy/rainy days if any, which gives my shrub a nice break!

Today is the same weather, so take that, beetles!
