Do You Like Sleeping?

We are currently experimenting with sleep. It is claimed that 11:00 is the latest you should go down, and you should have a full 8 hours.

I am going to try it for a while, but it doesn't feel right so far. I feel tired when I get up after 8 hours...

4:35 today.

6.37 today odd but I hit the snooze then decided to get up before it went off...

After the clocks go back we will adjust the time again ..

I am going to give i a fair try, but to me, it is a waste of my precious time...

For me the bottom line is that sleeping for 8 hours is a whole third of my life spent doing nothing. I see that as wasteful. I only get the one life. 

It is one of the faults in atheism.

If I want to be cosy and comfy, I would prefer to choose that in particular, and I do. So my idea of cosy and comfy would be sitting in my garden in my lounger on a warm day, or in my comfy seat, relaxing by our warm fire in front of the telly. I get plenty of cosy and comfy.

I ended up asleep on the sofa for two hours.

I have been sleeping decently lately without pills.

I think so too. BTW, the guy they hired to replace me lasted less than 3 months, he resigned and they are now searching for his replacement.

That sounds worse than soccer management.
