I take my nail varnish off for work, and that is the only time they are bare.

They do look stained though.

It was against uniform policy to wear nail varnish at work but at times when I was strengthening my nails I did use clear varnish. To disguise the fact I used a clear matt varnish as top layer. With my job I was not involved in invasive procedures, except for a while when I was assigned to blood gasses, but as my work was defined as clinical uniform policy applied.

My mum went line dancing, but packed it in for two reasons. She didn't want to "clap hands for the good ol us of a", and she disliked the inane smiling that was compulsory.

It's a long time since I danced a waltz but I never learned properly. It would be nice to learn.

We were taught all the dances in scotland as a kid, but I have forgotten them all. I could still waltz and polka I expect, after a little practice.

I agree with this. I LOVE fun dancing. I am rather good at it, too! I am a very expressive dancer.

It was not at our school but I know 'dance drama' was at some here. I suspect tht it was more modern things though.

There were a few times the nun chased after me with a stick

Cooking and sewing were also part of the curriculum. I still remember how to make crepe suzette

and a sewing pattern called Feston.
