Sometimes it happens Candy. I have a tendencyy to get very tired without realising then the same happens. Hopefully not too soon before bedtime as then I cannot get to sleep
I find exercise helps but it's something to be very careful with.
I do back exercises every day. My job is typically bad for your back. It does work. Every morning I wake up with a tender stiff back, which clears after exercise.
I feel for you, Ive had two serious falls one when I was young and fell down a flight of stairs carrying a large parcel, my back was agony but I luckily had a doctor who had studied as a chiropractor and was able to set things right, then years later a slip on wet leaves while out with the dogs , a sharp twist and a snapping sound and I ended up off work for 3 months . Its never been the same since.
I hope youre feeling better now and its not anything serious.

I didn't get enough sleep last night, so I'm tired and might need a nap today; however, I'm glad that I used most of the lost sleeping time to pray. Much better than just stressing about the time and the fact that I'm not sleeping!

I am struggling to stay in bed all night: I keep getting up in the night to eat. I'll be asleep from 11pm, then at 1am find myself waking up and eating a bowl of cereal in the kitchen.
This is really bugging me: I want a full night's rest.
I had an awful day yesterday constant slight nose bleed and feeling sick. Then the headache came again and that made me very tired. This morning it all seems to have cleared.

I occasionally wake up like that but put up with my growling stomach. If I eat anything I would never get back to sleep.
From what I have been told a growling stomach is healthy lol

I have been going to bed much earlier these past few days: and this means I'm not as tired when I wake up in the morning. I shall be continuing to go to bed early. I love my sleep: I always have. But I also love my mornings and morning routine. Plus, I worry getting up too early will damage my eyes. Too little sleep does damage the eyes.
I like my routine: shower in the morning/lunch and other activities in the afternoon/helping cook dinner at the house in the early evening/coming home and going onto my computer/turning everything off/getting ready for bed/watching YouTube for 30 minutes/going to sleep.
Even on days when I work I have no real problem with getting up too soon. I always left instruction that I was not to be woken and have not used an alarm clock for years. I work on - If I am too tired to wake properly I am effectively ill and not capable of working effectively. It works well and I am very rarely late for work or appointments.

Years ago I read that 12.5% of us don't need an alarm clock. I am one of those, but I still use it lol. I am usually doing my in bed stretching when it goes off.

BEFORE 6am? I couldn't imagine getting up so early and staying awake so long! I'd be drifting off to sleep by 7pm. I'd be utterly shattered if I had early mornings like that.

i'm not sure how i'm feeling today. i'm kinda in a weird emotional place today so i'm not sure.
i got all of mom's clothes off the plastic hangers today so i can add to my hanger stash. i kinda tidied up around the house a little. got cleaned up and did some dishes and a little washing. i don't normally have this much energy on a day off. not sure what's going on. i noticed i haven't been as winded at work so i'm wondering if i had that damn covid and it just never showed up in the tests. never any fever. tests all came out negative.
looking forward to my new job. i have 26 days left in food service and then 4 days later i will start my new job. i really do think it will be better for me in the long run.
