I haven't dared check the scales yet but I am getting back to normal. We had a charity bag through the door so they are maybe expecting people to maybe clear a few things
Scratch throat again. I have been having this issue off and on for the last few weeks. It gets worse whenever I spend time outdoors. My allergies are back.

You do know to check the details of the charity donation? It should be on the bag.
Often these bags are largely a con. They only give a small percentage of their profits to the charity.

The one we have is for clothes but, as there are none at the moment, I'll make good use of the bag elsewhere.
I do use thes bags sometimes but only really for convenience as I know the charities get little return. If there are better places for the items I take them when possible. We get fewer bags now as the bigger charities seem to advertise more for donations which presumably give them better returns.

I had the joy yesterday of sorting through my sister's entire wardobe: it took over 3 hours. BUT it got done, which I am glad of. My sister has also had her bedroom redecorated: new paint on the walls/new curtains/new light/new floor/new lampshade/new mattress/new bed linen. It has all been done. Thankfully my sister will keep it ship-shape.
I am happy my sister can now have a bedroom she doesn't have to hide.

We have a garage full of stuffs that we can't fit into this house so time to make decision what to do with them. I am thinking about asking my personal assistant ( I share one with my two sisters) to list them on eBay or FB but my husband does not like people to drop by to look at them all the time, that drives him crazy. Some of them are so chatty, they come to see the things and chat for 15 minutes before leaving.

I can see his point.
I have sold lots of stuff on ebay, including furniture and all my cars in the last 15 years.
Not once has anyone inspected before buying. So strange. When I sold my 4x4 the buyer came over from Sweden. He could hardly understand my scottish accent. Andrea dealt with him.
I was in the front yard working with the gardeners on the planting today, 6-7 of our neigbors stopped to say hi and introduced themselves. Believe it or not, all but one are British. Except for one, they are also in technology which is same as my husband, the one who is not in technology is a VC, which is my field. They lounged around in our backyard for almost an hour. Not even here one month, we now have three dinner invitations already, very friendly people.
