Shattered and in a lot of pain. It's the joy of fibromyalgia you just never know where it's going to strike next.
Although this time it's down to naughty me ...yesterday I had lots of fun making mini Christmas cakes for friends and family but last night I was in absolute agony it felt like somebody had sawn-off my right arm with a blunt hacksaw and reattached it with garden twine.
I suppose its my own fault I mix the cake batter by hand instead of using the mixer. But old habits die hard and I felt perfectly fit when I did it...

That's not good Cassie I hope you improve quickly and feel much better over Christmas.

My so and her daughter suffer with it. It's nasty.
Thing is about fibro is that it like to surprise... here today elsewhere tomorrow.. Last week I walked downstairs perfectly fine and as my foot touched the hallway floor my ankle gave out as if Id badly twisted it. Agony...
Then a little later on it was fine and Ive had no problem since..
Today its the arm, tomorow ?? who knows.. Fibro is the nasty surprise that just keeps giving.!

I hope you feel better quickly soon so you can enjoy Christmas.
I had my specially bought chocolate enhanced xmas granola last night.
30 minutes later I was throwing up terribly. I have written to the shop that sold it to me, and am awaiting their response.
I feel ok now, but for a strained throat giving me a deep voice. lol
I wonder if I sound really sexy?
Cherry I am glad you are feeling better. One thing I do love is the way that you can put a positive spin in things. Even when you were sick to your stomach.

LOL
I got my response. I am the only complainant. They are sending me a £5 voucher for goodwill, which is fine. It's a great shop with nice and helpful staff, ad I don't blame them in any way.
I think the cold that my grandaughter had when we visited at the weekend has caught up with me. My nose was streaming and I was sneezing like mad last night. This morning I feel somewhat better so, hopefully, it is short lived.

I don't feel great: my arm is sore after the booster jab and I have a terrible headache. I also feel groggy. HOWEVER I am not so ill that I would collapse: it is a mangable illness, so I'll be fine.
Still, I am glad I had my booster jab yesterday. It is a weight off my mind.

That sounds like the fairly common side effects a lot of people including my SO had.
You will get over it, and it shouldn't ruin xmas for you.
I am relaxing quite a bit over the holiday period. I have the cold I got the other day and, particularly with the current situation, I am working against getting too run down. It's one job in which relaxing is a postive aim
I'm feeling kind of groggy and out of it today... We went to sleep maybe 30 minutes later than we have been, so that's crazy if that small amount made such a difference. IDK what else it would have been to cause it, we didn't drink alcohol or anything.
