Heels - How Often?

Mine is around there too. It's tending to get a bit fine these days though so it's more difficult to keep tidy.

My bob skirts my shoulders.

I can understand that heels may not be for some as they are unsteady in them but good fitting shoes should not hurt your feet.

But they are so pretty...

I have had plantar fasciitis on both feet for a month now. It's on and off bugging me so it's relatively mild. I suppose no high heels and even flat footwear for me now. I've got a pair of Clarks wedge sandals from the op-shop and my golly, my feet didn't hurt after walking today.

Exercise is the best treatment for plantar fasciitis, usually. 

But it often just fades sooner or later.

That's interesting. I remember that I have had something similar in the past but was just careful and carried on . It cleared up but I did wonder what it was.

I love wearing heels.

I am 5' 7" tall, and the maximum heel height that I find the most comfortable to wear for a long period at a time is 3-inches.

There have been a few occasions, attending lectures or seminars for example, where I have worn them all day, and my feet have been okay at the end.

For 'party' or special evening occasions, when I know I won't be doing a lot of walking, I go for 4-inch heels.
