how do you like your steak

I used to eat it medium rare then found out i like rare better. Then I found out I like blue even better. I even eat my hamburgers rare.

Steak is relatively safe in that regard, but burger meat could be an issue!

I had wagyu steak for dinner tonight with nicoise salad and a glass of beau carre. My steak was medium well.

Steak? Medium rare but with a char to the outside, carbon taste. Merlot

medium and up. if it's well done i just cut it thinly against the grain. i think it tastes better a little more cooked rather than less cooked but moreso i'm not a fan of the texture of rare or blue.

now my question: is your answer for taste or texture?

I'm still going blue if they will cook it that way. At home It's always blue.
