I only came to use Microsoft Edge once I upgraded to Windows 10. It was where my PDFs were opening lol but now I use it for looking things up now and then, too.

On reflection, I just presumed that edge would have the same high rate of infections as IE.

Edge seems Ok but I prefer Firefox as it is more versatile. As far as I know Edge is only available for Windows so it's limited. I don't like the way Microsoft insists you have it either.
I have Microsoft Edge. Not tickled with it but it is what it is. I had to download Google Chrome for some of my work courses that we are mandated to take each year. *Shrugs*
I recently saw an article about how Chrome is not good at protecting our privacy, so I switched my phone's default browser to Firefox. On PC, all my data is on Firefox anyway, so now they're better connected. So far, I think Chrome on mobile is superior though, but I'm not sure if it's really safe anymore. With how much of my data is on Google anyway, maybe it's a pointless worry...
Firefox almost exclusively. Edge and DuckDuckGo on occasion just to view things I create online on different browsers to make sure they look ok. Chrome never-ever.
